Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern the use of Gymcho (the "App") between the user and the developer. By using the App, you agree to these Terms.

The App provides fitness support services including training record management and analysis, AI- generated advice, and preset management. The service content may change without notice.

The App is intended for users aged 13 and over. Users under 13 may not use the App. Users whose access has previously been suspended for violating these Terms may not use the App.

The App stores body data you enter (such as height and weight) and training data on your device. This information is used for calorie calculations and AI advice generation. See the Privacy Policy for details.

Users must not: - Reverse-engineer or modify the App - Gain unauthorized access to or misuse the App - Enter false information - Infringe the rights of other users or third parties - Violate any law or public order and morals

The App offers subscriptions (Basic and Premium) through the App Store. Billing is processed under Apple's terms. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Refunds are governed by Apple's refund policy.

Training information, AI advice, and calorie calculations provided by the App are for reference only and are not a substitute for medical advice. Please consult a medical professional for any health concerns. The developer is not liable for any damages arising from use of the App.

Copyright and other intellectual property rights related to the App belong to the developer or the rightful owner. Users may use the App only within the scope of these Terms.

The developer may update these Terms as needed. Updated Terms will be announced or published within the App and take effect upon publication. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over the developer's location.
