This Privacy Policy (the "Policy") describes how Gymcho (the "App") handles user information. By using the App, you agree to this Policy.

The App collects the following information that you enter or log: - Body data (height, weight, age, sex, etc.) - Training records (exercises, weight, reps, duration, notes, etc.) - App settings

Collected information is used only to display and analyze your training records, estimate calories burned, generate AI advice, and provide the App's features.

Your body data and training data are stored entirely on your device and are never sent to the developer's servers. AI advice and calorie adjustments are performed on-device using Apple Intelligence on supported devices.

The App does not provide or sell your personal information to third parties. Subscription billing is processed by Apple, and Apple's own privacy policy applies to that processing.

You can delete your logged data from within the App. Uninstalling the App also removes all App data stored on your device.

This website (gymcho.mirator-it.com) uses a cookie-free, anonymous analytics tool (TelemetryDeck) to improve its content, which may collect statistics such as pages viewed and visit counts. Identifiers such as IP address are irreversibly hashed together with a salt that changes daily, and are never stored as personally identifiable information. This clause does not apply to use of the App itself.

The App is intended for users aged 13 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
